- From your Home Screen, tap the prominent "Start New Journal" button
- Alternatively, tap the "+" icon in your journal feed
Step 2: Set Your Entry Details
- Date Selection: The entry defaults to today's date, but you can change it by tapping the date field
- Scripture Connection: Add up to 3 scripture tags (1 is required)
- Tap to add a tag
- Use the dropdown menus to select book, chapter, and verses
- The Bible text will appear dynamically as you make selections
Important: Your journal entry cannot be saved without at least one scripture reference. This ensures every prayer is grounded in God's Word.
Step 3: Start Recording
- Tap the Record button to begin capturing your prayer
- Pause Feature: Use the pause button if you need a moment to collect your thoughts
- Natural Speech: Speak as you would normally pray - no need to change your style
